The defensive captain for SMU football was named to the Eckrich Team of the Week powered by PFF for his play against Houston
By the end of last Thursday's win against Houston, SMU safety Rodney Clemons had mixed emotions. It was great to walk out of TDECU Stadium with a 34-31 win, but as a cocaptain for the Mustangs -- and as the lone defensive captain -- reflection oftentimes doesn't involve the result, but what was done to the result.
To Clemons, getting the win was good, but the lessons learned from the multiple errors were even better.
