Navy always has been a tough opponent for SMU, but the Mustangs will get the Midshipmen at home this season.
SMU ran into the buzzsaw that is Navy football on its Senior Day last season. The nationally televised game, arguably SMU's most impactful in the race for the conference championship game, resulted in a narrow loss for the Mustangs.
This year, it will be a much different landscape. As the game returns to Dallas, Navy will be playing with a new quarterback, three new offensive linemen and a stable of new players in the backfield.
