New Commitment JMarcus Rhodes Speaks!

West Orange-Stark 2013 athlete J'Marcus Rhodes committed to SMU on Sunday afternoon and couldn't be any happier or shocked about it.
"I told myself in the beginning the first major division one school to offer me I would jump on the offer and commit," said Rhodes. "I am just happy the process is over and I can focus on the season, when I have not even heard from them since I went to the camp then all of the sudden they offered me."

Rhodes a 6-foot-2,187 pound prospect will play defensive back and has had a good season for West-Orange Stark who is undefeated at the moment.
"I have two interceptions so far this season," said Rhodes. "I also have at least twenty five tackles this season as well."
Rhodes does not know much about SMU other than what he read online but hopes to continue to learn more about SMU in the coming weeks.
"I looked online and saw the campus and it is really nice" said Rhodes. " The school is good academically, I like the Dallas area so that also helped and I have a bunch of family in the Dallas area"
Even though Rhodes has never been on the SMU he hops to get on the campus soon.
"Coach Odum told me he would like to get me on campus as soon as possible to visit," said Rhodes. "He said they are on the road next week but after that he wants me to visit one of the two games they have at home after that."
