Rockdale 2021 running back Cam'Ron Valdez is living proof that, sometimes, if you ask for something, and you work hard enough, you'll get it.
Earlier in his high school career, Valdez said he sent an email to SMU coaches. He knew what he capable of, and he wanted the coaching staff to take notice, as well.
Wednesday evening, the four-star running back landed an SMU offer. With the offer, the 5 -9, 180-pound, Rivals250 player inched closer to double-digit offers.
