SMU athletics announced that 19 members of the SMU football team were named to All-ACC teams, and the conference announced this on Tuesday.
Three players earned spots on the first team, with two landing on the second team and three being added to the Third Team. In addition, 11 were named to the honorable mention list. Brashard Smith earned a spot on the First Team All-ACC on the offensive side of the ball, while Jared Harrison-Hunte and Isaiah Nwokobia were added to the defensive first-team list. In the regular season, Smith has accumulated 1,157 yards on the ground with 14 touchdowns. He also has 269 yards receiving, three scores, and 243 yards returning kickoffs.
Jakai Clark and Kobe Wilson were added to the second team. Clark has started in all 12 games for the Mustangs on the line, including 11 straight at center. Defensively, Wilson has racked up 95 tackles and two interceptions, including a pick-six and a forced fumble on the season.
Three Mustangs earned spots on the offensive Third Team All-ACC, with Kevin Jennings, PJ Williams, and Logan Parr all collecting the accolade. Jennings has accumulated 2,746 yards passing with 19 touchdowns and 344 yards on the ground for four scores. Williams has started every game this season for the SMU front, while Parr has started in every game but one.
