Tulsa, Oklahoma, three-star CB Keuan Parker announced his top six schools Monday. SMU was the only Group of 5 school to make the cut.
Last month, Tulsa, Oklahoma, three-star cornerback Keuan Parker spoke to The HillTopics after an offer from SMU. Monday night, the Booker T. Washington standout narrowed his list of schools to six -- and SMU was among the half dozen.
Parker announced a top six that included two Big 12 schools, two Big Ten schools, an SEC school and SMU as the lone Group of 5 representative. The Mustangs will compete with Arkansas, Baylor, Kansas, Michigan State and Nebraska to land Parker, a 5-11, 175-pound cornerback.

A national top-40 player at his position, Parker spoke highly of SMU to The HillTopics in March. He was offered on March 8 and is being recruited by SMU cornerbacks coach Kevin Curtis.
"It's a winning program right in the middle of Dallas," Parker told The HillTopics. "One of the best cities in the country."
