During a media session, Sonny Dykes spoke to reporters about a variety of topics surrounding the No. 21 SMU football team. One of those involved resiliency and a will to never quit -- even when the odds aren't in your favor.
He was reminded of a stat brought up by ESPN. Prior to SMU's triple-overtime, come-from- behind victory over Tulsa, teams trailing by three touchdowns going into the fourth quarter posted a record of 9-3,000.
