The NFL Draft saw wide receiver James Proche add himself to the growing list of SMU football players selected to become professional athletes. Proche was selected in the sixth round, No. 201 overall, by the Baltimore Ravens.

Hours after the draft's conclusion, four other Mustangs -- running back Xavier Jones (Los Angeles Rams), safety Rodney Clemons (Rodney clemons), defensive end Delontae Scott (Green Bay Packers) and tight end Ryan Becker (Arizona Cardinals) all inked contracts as undrafted free agents. There's a chance SMU could have a couple more players eventually sign as free agents, as well.

The draft gave the seniors-to-be a chance to envision their own futures. With draft coverage now gone, it's always fun to discuss who could be next in line to hear their names called by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.
