NO DEATH PENALTY, BUT THEY SHOULD ALLOW ALL PSU FOOTBALL PLAYERS TO TRANSFER WITHOUT PENALTY FOR 1 YEAR TO ESCAPE THE ASSOCIATION AND RIDICULE. THIS WOULD BE CLOSE TO THE DEATH PENALTY IN PRACTICE. AMAZING THAT 1 PERSONS LIFE WORK TO BUILDING A PROGRAM COULD BE THE SAME PERSON WHO DESTROYS IT.

PSU will have to face DOJ and DOE investigations...Not sure what the NCAA will or can do in this case, unless they use the "lack of onstitutional control" argument.
