Missouri City (Texas) Fort Bend Marshall linebacker Ryan Flannigan has been one of the fastest-rising prospects in the state this spring. He has impressed at several camps and has earned offers from close to a dozen schools.

The 6-foot-1, 200-pound junior committed to Baylor in March. However, he admittedly was listening to other schools as well. On Sunday he decided to open his recruitment up again.
